If you need to update the details for your organisation's Adobe VIP account, you need to be able to login to it.
Unfortunately, we cannot change any of the registered details (such as contact person or email address) on your behalf, nor can we reset the password for your account. If you can't access your account, you need to contact Adobe support and let them know that as Connecting Up is not a 'full reseller', they will need to help you regain access to your account.
