Cisco products can be placed during a fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) by an organisation. There is no limit on the number of products that may be ordered but the combined administrative fees for all ordered items may not exceed USD$8,000.00. Please note this figure is excluding GST.
Please note that the Cisco donation program has a limited budget for donations that are given in a single quarter and financial year. Cisco retains the right to restrict the ability to place orders for Cisco donations at any time. Each applicant for a donation of Cisco products will be served on a "first come, first served" basis until the budget limit is met for that period. Whenever possible, outstanding requests to eligible organisations will be fulfilled in the next quarter. Orders that have been placed and paid for will take precedence over an order for Cisco products that remains un-paid.
Orders may be partially fulfilled: Due to the nature of the network design, product availability, and fiscal year schedules, all product donations are subject to change or delay without notice. Cisco reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent products — either new or refurbished — for any request or order.
