If you need to follow up on the status of your Microsoft 365 NFP application, then you can raise a support case with Microsoft at https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/contactus. Simply type anything into the "How can we help?" bar at the bottom of that page and fill out the resulting drop-down contact form.
