When Connecting Up approves your request, you will receive a confirmation message at your organisation email address. Shortly after, Autodesk will send a welcome email, followed by a second email on the day your subscription begins.
If you didn't receive the emails from Autodesk, first check your spam folder. If you still can't find the emails, you can sign in to your Autodesk Account or create a new account to obtain your subscriptions. The email address you use to sign in or create an account must be your organisation's email address that is registered with Connecting Up.
