Yes. If you have placed an order through Connecting Up which has not been paid for and you wish to cancel it, please send an email to customercare@connectingup.org with the reason why you wish to cancel it. Please be sure to include your organisation name and Transaction ID/Order Number with your request.
If the order has been paid for, it is usually too late to cancel. However, you may send an email request to customercare@connectingup.org so we can assess this.
