If you cancel an Adobe subscription within the first 14 days, Adobe will issue a full refund. For monthly billing with an annual contract, if you cancel after the first 14 days, Adobe will refund half of your remaining contract obligation, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. For annual billing, if you cancel after the first 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until your contracted term.
