Organisations may request one donated TeamViewer Business subscription each year (from July 1 to June 30).
Organisations may request access to discounted rates for TeamViewer subscriptions as many times as needed.
Organisations with annual operating budgets of $11.5 million or less are eligible for donated TeamViewer Business subscriptions.
Organisations with annual operating budgets of any size are eligible for access to discounted rates for TeamViewer subscriptions.
Nonprofits and libraries only: Products are available only to qualifying nonprofits and to public libraries.
Organization types: All organisation types are eligible.
Existing customers: Organisations that currently have paid TeamViewer subscriptions are not eligible.
Terms of service: Organisations that request TeamViewer products must agree to any applicable terms of service.
Anti-discrimination policy: Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive products.
Case study: Recipient organisations must be willing and able to provide information to TeamViewer for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial.
Products will be distributed to qualifying organisations only, not to individuals.
Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell TeamViewer products.
