Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 licences previously ordered through Connecting Up are now reaching their end-of-life and are due to expire soon.
If your licences have expired and you would like to upgrade to a new version, consider the following options:
Desktop (device-based) licences
Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for Windows / Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for Mac
These licences are a direct upgrade to the Acrobat Pro 2017 licences expiring now. Each copy you purchase gives you an individual product key, which will not expire until December 1st, 2026. You can order as many of these licences as you like.
Please note: your organisation's annual operating budget must be under $10 million to order these.
Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 - volume licence
These licences also provide you with a copy of Acrobat Pro 2020 (for either Windows or Mac). These licences are more expensive, however, they do not expire. You also receive 1 product key for your order, making these licences suitable for bulk (or terminal server) deployment.
Your organisation must have charitable status to order these.
User (subscription-based) licences
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - "named user" subscription
These licences provide you with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, which includes more e-signature options as compared to the 'desktop' Acrobat offerings. You also receive cloud storage via Adobe. They are subscription-based, so there is an ongoing cost to use these licences each year. You also need to get a subscription for each user that you would like to assign a licence to.
Your organisation must have charitable status to order these.
