What happens when you place your MYOB order
Before you can begin accepting credit card payments, you need to complete the PayDirect Merchant Application form. This form will be supplied to you when you submit your order enquiry to MYOB, and is a standard application for any entity wishing to accept payments by card.
To complete your application, you will need to upload the following information and documents to the application form:
- Business bank account details
- Business bank statement showing BSB, account number and account name
- Driver’s licence or passport
- Copy of your business card or website link
Once you’ve submitted your application with the required documentation, MYOB will forward it to the bank to be processed. Upon approval from the bank, your PayDirect Mobile card reader will be shipped. Delivery by Australia Post may take between 5-12 days, depending on your location.
