1. Click on Get Started
2. Select your Country
3. Read information and Click on Continue
4. Read Microsoft's Anti-Discrimination Policy and Click on Continue
5. Fill out organisation information and click on Next

Once you have been validated by Connecting Up (this happens in the background) you will then receive an email from Microsoft advising of your eligibility.
