If you are unsure of your VLSC Log in details or you are having difficulty accessing the VLSC account, please contact Microsoft’s VLSC Support on 02 8223 9202. Option 1 should provide you with VLSC Support. Microsoft’s Volume Licensing Centre will typically ask for your License Number and Authorisation Number. If you do not have these, contact Connecting Up at [email protected] and we can resend these to your registered email address.
Still having difficulties and need those keys urgently? You can request Microsoft to send your Product Keys in an e-mail.
You will need to call the Microsoft Activation Centre on 1800 642 008. Please listen to all the prompts, however, you should require option 4 for Open Licence/Volume Licence activation and then option 2 to speak to an operator. Please be ready to quote your License Number and Authorisation numbers, which you can get from Connecting Up.
