Quantity: Organisations may request one Shopify product within the lifetime of the organisation.
Organisations with annual operating budgets of $650,000 or more are eligible for midsize organisation products in this program.
Organisations with annual operating budgets of less than $650,000 are eligible for small organisation products in this program.
Nonprofits and libraries only: Products in this program are available only to qualifying nonprofits with charitable or not-for-profit status.
Organisation types: All organisation types are eligible for products in this program.
Existing customers: Organisations that already have a Shopify subscription may not renew their subscriptions with products in this program.
Terms of service: Organisations that request Shopify products must agree to any applicable terms of service
Organisation benefit: Organisations that request products in this program may only use them to support the organisation and must clearly indicate on its Shopify store that purchases or donations are for this purpose.
Anti-discrimination policy: Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive products in this program.
Case study: Recipient organisations must be willing and able to provide information to Shopify for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.
Products will be distributed under this program to qualifying organisations only, not to individuals.
Recipient organisations may not transfer or resell Shopify products.
