If your request was approved, Cisco will ship your products within eight weeks. You will receive additional emails updating you on the status of your request. Your items may arrive in multiple shipments. To check the status of your request, log in to the Connecting Up website, click My Account at the top of the screen, and then click View Order History/Order Status.
Due to the nature of the network design, product availability, and fiscal year schedules, all product donations are subject to change or delay without notice. Cisco reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent products for any request. If your donation hasn't arrived eight weeks after the approval date, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 1300 731 844.
